Series of buildings and offices for a paper company – Commercial Painting Project
When a series of buildings in a Sparks industrial park needed to freshen up their look they called CertaPro of Reno to tackle the job. Unlike normal warehouse painting, these buildings were mixed-use facilities with customers, as well as employees, visiting the site. Knowing that making a good impression on customers is part of a company’s overall brand strategy the results needed to be appealing.
The buildings had existing signage in place as well as stone facades, trees, and parking to work around. Using masonry paint in two different shades to create an accent stripe the work involved navigating around customers, parking, and landscaping in order to get it all done on schedule.
With a pair of boom lifts the crews were able to reach the top of the buildings and maneuver around obstacles to make quick work of the project. The buildings were painted in a bright, clean shade of white with a light gray border along the top to add a bit of character. Roll-up doors for the loading docks and downspouts also got prepped and repainted.
After the project was completed the buildings presented an inviting place for both employees and customers to visit. The owners were well pleased with the results, the cost, and the quick completion time.

Roll-up doors were painted along with the exterior to create a completely unified look.

The stone facade remained but the rest of the building was completely repainted.

The light gray accent stripe along the top of the walls creates a bit of visual interest and style.
