During the summer of 2022 our painting team was asked to revamp the exterior of the UPS facility in Sparks, NV. The warehouse had not been painted for 30 years. This painting project took two months to complete. You can learn more details about this commercial painting service below.
About the Project
The Facility:
Painted the main warehouse, truck wash, and mechanic shop. The location is a very busy hub, and we had to work around truck schedules and a constant flow of traffic.
Condition of Building:
The building hadn’t been painted in 30 years.
Project Involvement:
The project involved replacing joints, pressure washing, and painting 3 colors. We completed this project with a painting crew of 6 people.The buildings were painted the UPS corporate colors.
Special Challenges:
Two lifts were used. Due to the facility having such heavy traffic, safety and communication were really important that the crew worked Saturdays and Sundays to paint certain parts of the project.
