Commercial Case Study

Our team was contacted by the owners of the Red Lion Shopping Center in June 2023 to paint the exterior of the buildings. The project involved pressure washing, scraping loose peeling paint, prepping with primer where needed, patching holes, priming rusted metal, and adding a fresh coat of paint.

The project involved some unique challenges consisting of working around electrical wires, working around traffic, and making sure the buildings were prepped adequately to avoid future peeling paint. Our crew was able to navigate these challenges by carefully working around the wires and customers. We also reached the top of the buildings with two 40 ft boom lifts.

Overall, we completed the project in one week and the owners of the shopping center were thrilled with the results.
