Commercial Case Study

Belle Reve Senior Living provides an affordable, home-like environment for older adults requiring some level of personal assistance and both long and short-term rehabilitation for seniors recovering from surgery or an illness.

Our team was contracted in November 2022 to paint the 1st Floor Vestibule, Lobby, and the 300-foot long Main Corridor as part of a renovation project.  The project involved removing over 5,000 square feet of 30-year-old wallcoverings, wall prep, then painting all walls to match the existing floor coverings.  All resident door frames were painted with a fresh coat of paint to complete the look.

Due to the complexity of the job & to accommodate the residents and staff, the work was completed during overnight hours on a schedule by our traveling team.  All floors were covered.  In order to mitigate dust, the project was completed in sections, and areas were tarped as necessary.

Overall, a crew of four completed the project in seven days. Belle Reve staff were pleased with the outcome and are ready for PHASE II.   The walls look new and smooth, and the color compliments the carpet and stained wood trim throughout. The facility now has an updated look and is ready for the holiday season.
