Thank you for taking a moment to read my bio. Connecting with my customers is very important because painting is personal. Not only the color and design choices of your paint project, but you are letting paint crews, a group of strangers, come into your home for a while. I want to earn your trust.
I’ve been in and around residential and commercial property maintenance for more than 20 years. I grew up on a family farm in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia. The farm purchased some land and buildings, spawning a property management business. I took part in the maintenance and management of those properties paying my way through college.
After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, I worked with many firms as a project manager and consultant. Along the way, I helped customers understand and resolve their project challenges and help them deliver results. It was these experiences that helped me learn how to listen to and respond to customers, not to point them to options that didn’t make sense.
My family and I moved to Oregon in 2008 and instantly fell in love with the beauty of this state. We often spend weekends in the Gorge or traveling to the Coast. My daughters and I take a weekend every summer to camp in a new location. Last year we visited Twin Lakes on Mt. Hood, do you have a recommendation for this year?
