Incorporate Earth Tone Paint Colors into Your Home

Posted on April 5, 2020

Neutral tones don’t have to be boring! Warm, earthy shades are friendly and inviting. This is the main reason they are going to quickly replace the all-white and all-gray trend we saw a lot of in the past decade. Earth tones help to bring a sense of nature into your home and there are a variety of different colors you can choose from. Keep reading for some of our favorite earth tone paint colors and inspiration on how to incorporate them into your home.

Burnt Orange

This looks great when incorporated into a rustic style home, although it can be used with any style. Adding black, beige, and terracotta accents will take this room to the next level. Incorporating touches of nature work well with this paint color as well.

Brown

Brown paint has been overlooked for the past decade. Many saw it as old-fashioned and boring. However, brown is actually a beautiful paint choice. It is warm and probably the coziest paint color there is. You can always add in pops of different colors through the décor and furniture.

Teal

This is a great option if your design style is more on the modern side and you do not want to incorporate those typical earth tones into your home. You can match the teal paint with crisp white and gold accents.

Red

Red can be a bold choice when it comes to painting your walls but if done right this can be a great way to add color into your home. Paired with shades of brown and leather accents, this is a unique and fun way to incorporate earth tones into your home.

Deep Warm Gray

Smokey shades warm any space in your house it makes creates an edgy yet intimate atmosphere for you and your guests.
