CertaPro Painters of Portland Teams Up to Support Foster Youth

On May 1st, CertaPro Painters of Portland proudly partnered with The Sports Bra and Project Lemonade for a special community event supporting local foster youth.
We welcomed customers, friends, and neighbors to The Sports Bra for an afternoon of connection and giving. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we raised over $1,000 and collected dozens of new sports bras to help stock Project Lemonade’s Lloyd Center store—ensuring foster youth have access to essential items with dignity and choice.
A big thank-you goes to Tito’s Vodka and The Sports Bra for donating all proceeds from the day’s themed cocktail, A Berry Good Cause, directly to Project Lemonade. We’re also grateful to Herc Rentals for providing food that helped make the event even more enjoyable for attendees.
One of the most memorable moments of the day was hearing from a Project Lemonade intern, who shared how the organization played a pivotal role in building her self-esteem while she was in the foster care system. Her story was a powerful reminder of the impact community support can have.
