Signature Bottlers

Signature Bottlers provides custom bottling and packaging for small and large wineries. While much of their business is now mobile, their headquarters are located in Clackamas, OR.

In August 2019, they hired us to replace expansion joint packing, perform masonry repairs, and apply a waterproof coating to concrete tilt-up.

Problem to be solved:

The tilt-up building had cracks and holes where conduit had been moved. Additionally, the expansion joints cracked and were leaking water. There were also metal stairs and loading ramps that were rusting. While attempting to paint the striping on the building, we were using a new product—Sherwin Williams Loxon Self-Cleaning Coating—and found that the masking tape would not stick.

Problem solver solution:

Our crew removed and replaced the tilt-up expansion joint sealant. We found a high tack tape to cut straight lines and were able to use the special urethane coating on the loading docks. This was imperative because this coating can withstand the heavy wear and tear loading docks experience daily, and it lasts longer.

Final Results:

We completed this project in about a week. Thanks to our repairs and painting, the Signature Bottlers Clackamas facility now looks fresh, clean, and modern.
