Production Manager

CertaPro Painters of Portland is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2016. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting throughout Oregon and SW Washington. We pride ourselves on being a great employer and a customer driven quality painting company. We work hard but we try to enjoy our work life as much as possible in the process.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION MANAGER:
•Kick off the beginning of each project with the paint crew, sales associate and the client
•Check in with crews daily to monitor progress, assist in trouble shooting challenges, and check in with clients
•Conduct crew safety meetings and tool-box talks
•Assist office with scheduling and coordination of crews and clients
•Conduct project walk throughs with clients at the completion of the project
•Troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
•Deliver product and supplies when needed
•Recruit new paint crews
•Lead weekly production meetings in office
•Submit daily progress reports to office staff via email or Microsoft Teams
•Maintain client relationship throughout the project and any follow ups needed
