CertaPro Painters of Portland refreshed the entire exterior of the 3-story, 84,000 square foot Gresham Manor Senior Living property for Holiday Retirement. Our team painted everything outside, like the siding, trim, doors, fascia, and gutters. We also fixed some damaged areas and replaced worn-out parts. The old paint was wearing off, showing signs like fading, chalkiness, and peeling, especially on the wooden trim and fascia. During our inspection, we found some damaged stucco and rotten wood, which we fixed. We told the customer there might be more repair work needed as we went along and advised them to set aside extra money just in case.

Description of Project: CertaPro Painters of Portland refreshed the entire exterior of the 3-story, 84,000 square foot Gresham Manor Senior Living property for Holiday Retirement. Our team painted everything outside, like the siding, trim, doors, fascia, and gutters. We also fixed some damaged areas and replaced worn-out parts.
Project Condition:Gresham Manor needed a fresh coat of paint because the old paint was fading, chalky, and peeling, especially on the wood trim. During our first visit, we spotted damaged stucco and rotten wood. We warned the customer that there might be more hidden damage and suggested they keep extra money in the budget just in case we found more issues while working.
Project Involvement:We painted the entire exterior, covering siding, trim, doors, fascia, and gutters. Additionally, we replaced damaged trim and fascia sections and fixed stucco damage throughout the property.
Special Challenges: We applied the stucco by spraying and backrolling it to ensure it met the paint manufacturer’s specifications. Senior living projects come with unique challenges, so it’s crucial to hire painters who understand these challenges well.
