CertaPro Painters of Portland is a locally owned franchise business that was started in 2016. We complete interior and exterior residential and commercial painting throughout Oregon and SW Washington. We pride ourselves on being a great employer and a customer driven quality painting company. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES ASSOCIATE:

•Meet with clients that have approached us asking for help with their paint project
•Listen to customer’s needs and consult them on appropriate painting solutions
•Provide proposals on the spot
•Follow up regularly with unlanded jobs
•Land work and submit all related information to production team for scheduling
•Kick off the beginning of each project with the paint crew and the client
•Maintain client relationship throughout the project and any follow ups needed
•Thank the customer for their referrals
•Develop relationships with realtors and other referral sources
