A world where service still matters and listening still has value. It’s a place that, while tough to find sometimes, I believe still exists and I take each opportunity to contribute to the cause when I work with you on your project. I understand that having your home painted is a personal and important decision, and that understanding has a significant impact toward making it a successful one.
I’ve spent most of my career involved in various customer support & project management roles, but it all began with a sales role for a paint company as my first job after graduating college. Thereafter, I shifted gears first to a technical role and then a general management position for a field service IT company before changing course again to work in legal services for an extended period. As fate would have it, my career brought me back into the paint industry and to the Pacific NW several years ago, first with another paint manufacturer and then, thankfully, to my current position with my CertaPro family. I’ve spent time with family and friends living in the Portland, Eugene, Seattle & eastern Washington areas since I was a kid so I leapt at the opportunity when it arose to become a part of the community here.
My goal, and really my responsibility, is to ensure that your project gets the understanding and attention it deserves. A consistent element of my career has been identifying the needs of the people I’ve worked with, and I get a great deal of satisfaction finding the best way to provide solutions for those needs. I know paint, and I know the paint application process but making sure that those align with your project vision is critical to its overall success. Maintaining communication and a shared understanding from the beginning and throughout the lifetime of your project is key, so I look forward to hearing your thoughts and communicating them with our crews to deliver exactly your desired experience.
When the season slows down a bit, and if Mother Nature accommodates you can probably find me up at Meadows trying to find a fresh place to make turns (the park days are LONG in the past), trying to catch that 30” steelhead or maybe just getting muddy on the bike and/or with my dogs Buster & Nora. Or, just maybe, helping you plan your interior!
