After 32 years in the transportation and logistics industry, I’ve built a career on strong relationships, customer trust, and delivering results— values that directly carry over to my role in commercial sales and business development for CertaPro Painters.

In my previous role, I was responsible for both maintaining long-term customer relationships and developing new business. I worked closely with clients to understand their shipping needs and provided solutions that ensured reliability and efficiency. At the same time, I built trusted partnerships with carriers, often acting as the bridge between both sides to make sure every load ran smoothly. That experience taught me how to identify opportunities, negotiate win-win deals, and most importantly — how to listen and respond to customer needs.

Now, in the commercial painting industry, those same skills are invaluable. Building trust with general contractors, property managers, and business owners requires the same level of attention, service, and communication that I practiced over decades. Whether it’s walking a job site, discussing scope and timelines, or following up to ensure satisfaction, I bring a seasoned, client-focused approach that’s all about adding value.
