Residential Sales Associate
We are currently looking for a self-motivated and outgoing person to join our painting team as a Residential Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual who possesses excellent listening skills and can deliver an extraordinary customer experience. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close painting contracts through a consultative sales approach.
Training and skill development are at the forefront of our organization, and classroom and on-the-job training is provided. First year base salary: $28-32,000 plus $20-30,000 in commissions and bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Complete administrative duties in a timely manner. This includes maintaining/updating all data (lead profiles, job profiles, proposals, etc.) in the database and preparing reports/documentation as required.
-Collaborate with production, ensuring written proposals are accurate and clearly define all expectations of the customer.
-Ensure all landed jobs are handed off to the correct person, communicating customer scheduling preferences and needs, managing customer expectations and ensuring they understand the entire process after the job is landed.
-Maintain communication with customers after a job is completed to ensure satisfaction and to generate referrals.
