Historic Home Painting Project in The Avenues
This is a primarily stucco home with a regal wood entrance, wood shutters, and wood corbels at the top of each peak of the house. A rock façade wraps around the lower portion of the home. The home exhibited shades of tan and brown throughout its exterior.

Before the project commenced this home had a palette of colors typical of many stucco homes.
After a complete prep and repaint
We power washed before painting and completed regular prep work for the stucco, wood, metal, and vinyl sections of the home prior to painting. This project involved painting the stucco portion of the body of the home, the garage doors, the soffit/ fascia/ gutters/downspouts, the front shutters, the wood beams around the entrance to the home, and some metal railings. After the work was completed the home now sports a bright and modern mix of white paired with natural shades of green on the shutters and fascia.
