Grantsville Residential Exterior Painting Project
In November 2021, CertaPro Painters® of Salt Lake City, UT were called to complete this Grantsville residential exterior project. This stucco home had normal sun fading and needed a refresh.
This project involved repainting the following areas: stucco body and stucco popouts, fascia, soffit, downspouts, ceiling of the porch, wood shaker shingles, garage doors, most doors and door frames. We also re-stained the entry beams. The client utilized our free color consultation services to choose the new colors.
They chose the following products:
-SW 3508 Covered Bridge Semi solid stain for the wood main arch and beam at the main entrance of home.
– SW 7042 Shoji White for the main stucco and all wood shaker shingles.
– SW 7069 Iron Ore for all soffits, gutters, fascia, downspouts, garage doors and trims, and the front door, side panels, and trim
