A Consolidation of Colors

This facility is a retail strip mall that includes a VASA Fitness as the anchor in Sandy, UT.

The property management company requested we utilize the colors provided for the VASA fitness facade to paint the rest of the complex. We worked with them to provide colored mock ups with different color combinations before painting.

About the Project:

Condition of Facility:
This 88,000+ square foot building is a block/masonry wall complex. We painted the entirety of the 900+ lineal foot building with the exception of the Vasa Fitness facade. The customer requested that we repaint the exterior of the building to match the color scheme of the Vasa Fitness facade.

Project Involvement:
Before beginning work on the exterior, we produced several color mockups for the management company, to ensure that we were all on the same page for the final product.

Special Challenges:
We utilized boom lifts to spray and back roll this block wall building. We also had to ensure that we were adhering exactly to the mockup the customer decided on.
