Chase Suites Hotel – Brea, CA
We completed an exterior painting project for Chase Suite Hotel in Brea, CA. The exterior was primarily stucco and wood trim, the hotel had us maintain the color palate, and fix minor issues with exterior damage.
Most of the work was completed around low-traffic times for the main entryway and areas where guests of the hotel would pass through to minimize disruption.
The building has white trim around the entry way, soffits and windows and a light brown on the stucco. There was some minimal touchup around signage at the entrance.
Carriage Inn Hotel – Anaheim, CA
The Carriage Inn Hotel in Anaheim is a 3 story hotel / motel off Harbor Blvd. Because of the height of some of the surfaces some special equipment is needed for a building like this one. Boom lifts are required to reach all surfaces, especially areas like the triangle at the top center in the picture included here.
Taking on a project like this without the proper training and equipment can be dangerous and is best left to a professional team.
This project involved painting most non-brick surfaces on the exterior including trim around windows on all 3 floors, exterior walls and support columns. In some cases illuminated signage needs to be removed to paint behind the sign, if this is required we will inform you at time of estimation and coordinate the work to be done.

The photo below shows the painting project about half way in, the colors were updated from the yellow and blue to more neutral and modern colors.
