REI – Tustin, California – Exterior Painting Project

We completed an exterior painting project for the REI retail store in Tustin. REI provided us with brand colors to match that we sourced from Sherwin Williams. This building is about 3 stories tall and required some special equipment to reach all the surfaces. Our team was able to complete this project with out any interruption to business at the store. Sometimes locations like this have color requirements set by the leasing agent. Lens Crafters – Whittier, California – Interior Painting Project

Lens Crafters has a consistent look and feel for each of their retail locations, the colors and lighting are part of their consistent brand experience. Here we completed an interior painting project in a Mall space in Whittier, bright colors open up the space and provide good contrast and for people shopping glasses and looking in mirrors. This project required some coordination with both the store manager and the property manager, our team will work with you to sort out all the details around timing, types of paint, and color.

Fidelity Investments – Brea, California – Exterior Painting Project

Fidelity Investments has a beautiful storefront located in a strip mall in Brea, California. This project had some color requirements from the leasing company, most strip malls often have restrictions on what colors can be used on the exterior of the building. This is to maintain a consistent look and feel to the entire shopping area, these rules can often over ride common exterior brand colors on retail locations. Here we did a light maroon paint application to the exterior which matched the awnings and surrounding area. The exterior of this space is a stucco material that was cleaned and prepped prior to painting.

Will my retail space / office hours have interruptions because of the project?

Many of the time we can coordinate projects to happen off-hours or on weekends, however, sometimes it’s not possible to complete a project outside of operating hours. In projects where this is the case, we will work with you to work in segments and keep as much space open and available as possible with the painters are working. It’s usually possible to keep the business open while our team works in small sections.

Can you match our brand colors / guidelines?

Yes! We work with Sherwin Williams to get great rates on paint, if you have specific brand guidelines with color codes we can exactly match. If you do not have color codes we can get a sample paint chip or use marketing materials to do a color match.

How do you hire painters?

All of our commercial painters are fully employed by us, we do not subcontract work. This means we have had time to properly interview and background check every painter that works on our team. We have an excellent reputation in the Orange County area, and can provide references if you would like to speak to other retail or office customers about how their projects went.
