In 2024, CertaPro Painters completed a commercial painting project in Gardena, CA, over the course of approximately three weeks. The building, located in a high-traffic area surrounded by businesses, retail stores, and restaurants, needed a fresh coat of paint to enhance its visual appeal and attract more customers. Before the Project Started…
Some landscaping surrounding the building created an obstacle for the painting team. After it was trimmed, our team power-washed the surfaces and prepped for painting.
Work in Progress…
The project involved power washing, prepping, and painting the main body of the building, as well as additional elements like bollards, stucco/soffits, window mullions, staircases, and railings. One of the key challenges was accessing high areas, which required the use of a boom lift.
