Industrial Building Paint Update

In December 2024, a major painting project took place in Ontario, CA, to refresh the exterior of AI Delivery Inc., a company specializing in AI-integrated logistics and delivery solutions. The building’s surfaces had aged and required a much-needed update. The project, commissioned by Investment Building Group, aimed to modernize the facility’s appearance, enhance its professional image, and create a more visually engaging environment.
Before the Project Started…
The team assessed the building’s existing paint damage and wear, and began by power washing all walls, windows, and surrounding surfaces. Loose and peeling paint on concrete areas was scraped off, followed by spot priming newly repaired and patched sections.
The project presented unique challenges, particularly with wind conditions affecting spray gun applications. To prevent paint debris from spreading beyond the intended areas, the team implemented protective measures, covering nearby cars and parking spaces. Additionally, boom lifts were utilized to safely access elevated sections, ensuring an even and professional finish across the large surface areas.
