Apartment Building Painting Project

In July 2024 we were contacted by Lakewood Village Apartments in Lakewood to repair, prep, and repaint a multi-building apartment complex. Lakewood itself is known for its suburban atmosphere and family friendly environment. These apartments are a popular choice for families and individuals seeking a quieter lifestyle while still being close to the amenities of larger surrounding cities.
The property had become run down over time and was in real need of an update. That’s where Certapro Painters of Orange County stepped in.
Before the Project Started…
The surfaces had damaged wood spots, loose paint, and a lot of non-smooth walls. The project involved power washing, prepping and painting the exterior of 11 main resident buildings and laundry buildings including interior walls and ceilings. In addition to mailbox structures, car ports and garages.
Painted surface included, concrete, metal, and wood and much of the exterior was painted using a spray rig after prep to apply an even coat across all of these surface materials.
After Completion of the Project…
This project took 2,400-man hours. A crew of 6-7 painters daily completed this project in approximately 2.5 months, painting in stages decided in cooperation with the property management. The results are fresh and clean, with a modern and uniform shade of blue applied with contrasting white trim.
