Residential Sales Associate

Our company is growing, and we are looking to hire a Residential Sales Associate to join our successful sales team. CertaPro Painters is a national leader in the home improvement industry, providing a success-oriented environment, training and ongoing coaching to help you reach your goals.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated, extremely outgoing, energetic, focused, self-starter who possesses excellent sales & listening skills and can deliver extraordinary customer experiences. This person will have a strong desire to succeed, the ability to develop lasting relationships, and the skills to close in-home contracts through a consultative sales approach.

COMPENSATION
Base salary plus commission & bonus. Starting pay is based on realistic and historical goals. We offer on-going training and coaching to assist in achieving the goals you set.
