Stucco homes are very common in northern Arizona, it’s a popular and functional choice for homes in the region. Stucco does require some maintenance, it can wear, fade, and crack over time.

Stucco is a porous material, it can take on water, collect dirt and dust, inside or out. Stucco does require regular cleaning, it can be cleaned with a garden hose or power washer on a low setting. When stucco has become cracked or damaged, repairs will be necessary. Leaving areas like this exposed to the elements will accelerate the rate of failure.
