Painter’s Helpers/General Labor

We are looking for 4-5 Painter’s Helpers/General Labor positions for Residential and Commercial Painting work in Flagstaff. Can start quickly, we have openings right away.

Responsibilities
• Mask off and cover surfaces with cloth or plastic
• Fill cracks, holes, and joints per specifications
• Prepare/wash surfaces for painting
• Move and set up ladders
• Climb ladders/not afraid of heights
• Move furniture and cover well
• Remove paint splatters when finished
• Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Paint using brushes and rollers

Knowledge/Skills
• Excellent attendance, be on time
• Experience with painting, handyman, carpentry, or other trades a plus
• Positive attitude and works in collaboration with other team members to get projects complete
• Attention to detail and quality standards to get it done right the first time
• Work safely

What we're looking for

Requirements
• Have documents to show ability to work in the US
• Background check required
• Reliable transportation to the jobsite
• Having own tools a plus, but not required
