Our team of professional painters was called out to a home in the Fonthill community for a residential painting service. The homeowners had recently purchased a home and they were not fond of the current interior colors. We were able to refresh each space and the client was very happy with the result of their painting service. You can learn more about this project below.

About the Project

This house in Fonthill, Ontario was a new purchase for the client and their family. The previous owner had used many different and vibrant colours throughout the house. The new homeowners did not like having all of these different colours in their home. We estimated this painting service from a MLS listing using the pictures and measurements to provide accurate information.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

We painted the entire house (all 3 floors) over a three day period before the new family moved in. This painting project involved wall prep and painting. It is imperative to each painting service that you have each area that will be worked on prepped. This will ensure that your fresh coat (or coats) of paint can be applied as smoothly as possible.

SPECIAL CHALLENGES

The timeline was very short to get the job completed. We mobilized our entire team to get this residential painting service done on time. Some of the paint colours were a challenge to cover with some rooms requiring up to four coats of paint. By the time our painting contractors were finished, the inside of this lovely home looked like new.
