Office Associate

We are currently looking to hire an office associate. Responsibilities include:
Coordinating project deliverables
Invoicing and job costing
Making and receiving promotional calls
Monitoring of production staff
Scheduling
Collects accounts receivable
Coordinates the Rainy Day Plan (RDP) to ensure optimal productivity of crews
Maintains positive relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other employees
Ensures administrative duties are complete in a timely manner, including maintaining all data (lead profiles, job profiles, proposals, etc.) in the database and preparing reports/documentation as required
Prospecting
Participates in personal development through training/education and attendance at meetings and conferences as needed

General Job Responsibilities and Required Skills
  • Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
  • Strong verbal/written skills, to include proofreading and basic math skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, accounting, HR, and/or in an administrative position a plus
  • Outstanding phone skills
  • Quality conscious and detail oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Spanish Fluency is a plus
  • Good attitude
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
