Newport Resort – Commercial Painting Service
The Newport Resort is a lovely condominium complex. There are 58 individual units within the resort and it is located in Egg Harbor, WI. Our painting contractors were called out to refresh the walls and closets in each unit with a fresh coat of paint. This particular painting project took seven weeks to complete. We were able to complete this commercial painting service on time and on budget.
About the Project
The Newport Resort was in great need of an interior painting refresh. Our painters were able to make the inside of each condo look like new. Below you will find the specific details of this commercial case study in Egg Harbor, WI.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
The resort is well maintained. This project was completed over a 2 year period (Winter of 2020 and Winter of 2021) during the non-busy season. All common areas on property were refreshed with a more up-to-date look in 2020. During the first quarter of 2021, the interiors were updated to match the rest of the property.
The house cleaning staff prepared the condos prior to painting. Our painting crew performed minor plaster repairs then applied 2 coats of SW SuperPaint Interior/Satin on all walls and closets. After a unit was completed, the housekeeping staff cleaned the units before putting them back into service.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
This commercial painting project was completed while the resort was open.
