CertaPro Painters® of NE Wisconsin is looking for great painters to join our team!

CertaPro Painters of NE Wisconsin is a locally owned home-services business and has been in the Northeast Wisconsin area since 2012.

We need a senior-level, proactive Office and Operations Coordinator who is detail-oriented, can speak with customers on the phone, and can handle project scheduling.

Full-time, weekday hours

This role is for someone who enjoys being at the center of things:

Keeping painting projects on track from start to finish
Making sure customers feel taken care of
Being the “heart” of the office
Having a “glass half full,” optimistic personality
This role is designed for someone who wants to grow and take on more responsibility as the business expands.

IMPORTANT: Only apply if you can commute to our office in De Pere within 30 minutes.

What we're looking for

Day-to-day operations include:

Scheduling sales appointments
Scheduling customer projects for our painting crews
Data entry into our CRM
Gathering paint colors from customers
Checking in with customers during active jobs
Assistant to the owner
We rely heavily on technology to make our office run smoothly
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Drama-free
Comfortable on the phone
Able to juggle multiple tasks
A practical, common-sense problem solver
Likes technology as a way to make things more efficient

Compensation

$40-50,000, based on experience + monthly bonuses
