Exterior Painting Project for Resort in Door County, WI
In April of 2021, CertaPro Painters® of NE Wisconsin was contracted to help with maintenance and restoration of a beachfront resort in Sturgeon Bay, WI. The project would require staining of nearly 40,000 square feed of wood siding for the vacation properties.
The building was starting to show signs of wear and was due for a paint refresh. This project is part of a long term ongoing maintenance program. We can help commercial property and facility managers by working on maintenance schedules.
Pictured to the right is an areal photo of the property in its entirety. This project would involve painting and staining for all of the exterior surfaces.

Exterior Painting
The building was due for an exterior refresh as part of an ongoing maintenance program.
Refreshed Exterior Surfaces
In the prep phase of the project we power washed the building to remove dirt and mildew.
3 Story Buildings
A 40 ft. all-terrain lift was needed to access the difficult to reach areas of the building.
