Girl Scout Community Project – St Johns Homeless Shelter

Today our team paired up with Girl Scout troop 4037. They are working for the Girl Scout bronze award community project. We painted the St Johns Homeless Shelter (Green Bay, WI). Our team offered all the labor and Sherwin Williams provided all the paint.

The CertaPro Painters of NE Wisconsin team is honored to help this amazing girl scout troop and pitch in to assist St Johns Homeless shelter.The girls got to work as a team and learn about what is involved with an interior painting project. We prepped the area by moving furniture and covering items with tarps, taped borders and frames, cleaned and touched up any blemishes in the walls, and applied new paint. The shelter looks great and we all left with a great feeling of satisfaction and pride for pitching in to help our community.
