About the Project

The retail plaza is about 20 acres in size. We painted 1/3 of the plaza or about 100 businesses. The plaza is called Mansfield Crossing on School Street in Mansfield, Ma. The plaza condition was good as they do regular maintenance. This project was a re-image and change in colors to something more modern.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:

The project involved caulking butt joints of siding and painting

SPECIAL CHALLENGES:

Special conditions involved, having to work around customer flow and be sensitive to their safety and not to interfere with retail businesses. We used 2 boom lifts to get to many difficult areas so as not to have ladders on sidewalks where customers would be walking.

The project was done in June of 2019 and took us 10 days.
