Condo Exterior Painting Case Study
CHALLENGES:
This was a large project that required us to use an 80ft articulating boom lift to access the upper floors of the building and the roof areas in order to safely prep and paint. Residents were required to remove all belongings from their balcony area.
Our team also painted the rear parking garage. Residents were required to move vehicles from the rear parking garage. The roof of the garage had water damage that required us to cut out sections of the ceiling and replace them with new boards to repair the failed areas.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
For this project, our team painted the front, right, and left sides of the building, including the trims, soffits, window frames, doors, shutters, and door frames.
In addition to painting the exterior, we performed some minor carpentry on rotted wood in select areas.
PROJECT TIMELINE
We completed the project in 3 weeks.
