Condo Exterior Painting Case Study

CHALLENGES:
This was a large project that required us to work with various owners. Each unit had faded and peeling paint that required a lot of prep work. Our team was careful to move equipment in and out of each unit to ensure the integrity of the landscaping was maintained.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
For this project, we had 8 buildings (a total of 16 units) to complete. Prior to adding a fresh coat of paint to each individual unit, we completed a series of tasks to ensure a smooth and polished finished. This project required power washing, scraping, sanding, priming, and caulking in each of the 16 units.

In addition to painting the exterior, we provided carpentry services and the painting of various surfaces. We painted clapboards, soffits, window frames, doors, door frames, and trims. In areas where rotted wood was found our team performed carpentry services to remedy the issue.
