Retirement Community Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
The project included the painting of large sections of the property and some minor carpentry in a few spots. There was also a fair amount of caulking to close up joints where fascia boards met.

Multiple areas on the main building had been replaced and large sections needed to repainted in order to
blend old and new.

CHALLENGES:
The site house living and accommodations for many seniors. We had to work around entrance areas and
common areas to keep them safe for the residents, as we performed the work.

PROJECT TIMELINE
Starting in June 2024, the project was completed in 4 days.
