Storage Unit Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
For this project, 7 storage buildings were painted. Specialized products were used for metal and concrete to ensure the freshly painted brick, unit doors and adjoining trim would last years of outdoor wear. Unit locks were not to be painted so they were masked, along with the pavement throughout the facility.

CHALLENGES:
Our team took great care to accommodate the customers who use these storage units every day. The exterior needed pressure-washing before painting could begin so we took precaution to make sure no water made it inside the units and belongings were not damaged.

Unit owners were coming and going to access their belongings daily. We communicated regularly with the site manager to ensure everything went smoothly and we did not interrupt their customer’s experience while we painted.
