Realty Office Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
The project involved the prep and repainting of all the clapboards and trim, along with a heavy re-glazing of 40+ year old windows with sashes. We also fixed the rust and re-painted 2 fire escapes, removing years of decay from them.

The building was in tough shape, with the dark red siding very faded, along with a lot of peeling. The old
window sashes were in tough shape, with a lot of failed glazing from years of neglect. There was also a
rusty fire escape.

CHALLENGES:

This project is located right in Weston center, in the heart of the small shopping center. It backs up to a very busy parking lot, with a lot of car and pedestrian traffic. We had to keep a safe job site at all times and contain all materials in order to keep the area looking it’s best. Each night required a full clean up and all materials put inside.

PROJECT TIMELINE
Beginning in July 2024, the project was completed in two weeks.
