Laundromat and Cleaner Painting Case Study

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT
The building was in touch shape with a lot of peeling and cracking at seams. The building also looked very
plain, with an all white color scheme.

The project involved heavy scrapping and sanding to remove all the loose/peeling paint and a lot of caulking
to close up gaps present. In addition, we did some carpentry to replace a full, large window frame, along
with some T1-11 siding boards that were rotted.

CHALLENGES:
Working on a building with 2 active business and a city walk. We were able to rope off sections we were
working on and ensure business was not interrupted for the Laundromat and Cleaners.

PROJECT TIMELINE
Starting in October 2024, the project was completed in 4 days.

THE FINAL RESULTS
A new look for this laundromat and cleaning facility.
