The home featured vaulted ceilings, which required our team to employ extension ladders and take special care during the painting process. Additionally, the move-in had caused some wear and tear on the drywall, necessitating repairs before the painting could begin.

The coordination of our painting project with other ongoing home improvements, including new carpet installation and fence construction, required efficient workflow management. Our project manager worked diligently to synchronize efforts with the other tradespeople, ensuring that all tasks were completed in harmony and without delay.

A major concern for the homeowners was the protection of their newly installed hardwood floors. Our team prioritized this by using drop cloths, plastic sheeting, and delicate surface tape to cover and shield the floors from any potential damage during the painting and repair works.
