True Rail Case Study
Commercial Painting Project
True Rail is a railcar repair facility located in the heart of Mount Pleasant, TN. The facility has been added on to with different colors, substrates, and architectural styles over the years. The building needed a fresh look on all sides of the exterior, and True Rail desired to have their corporate colors on the front entrance of the building.

PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
This project involved full prime of the brick with Loxon Masonry Primer, followed by Multi-Surface Acrylic to all brick and concrete block walls. Damaged areas of concrete block were repaired and replaced before priming and painting. Rotten wood fascia located along the roofline was replaced. We painted Multi-Surface Acrylic to the smooth metal siding, with a separate gold color for the stripe, and a separate white color for the entryway siding. We also painted the corrugated metal siding, window fascia on the main office, overhead doors and frames, man doors, downspouts, metal staircases, and corresponding handrails, metal awnings, dock levelers, and steel bumpers, upper-level windows, upper-level plexiglass, bollards, and front sign posts.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The color change of the front side stripe from black to gold took extra time and a highly skilled crew, but we were able to provide the client with a fantastic end result.
