SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
This ongoing maintenance project included repainting the building’s walls in a clean, updated blue-and-white palette and restoring the weathered metal overhang that had begun to fade with time and exposure.
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES
Given the size and function of the facility, safety and efficiency were key.
Using lifts and adhering to strict safety procedures, we were able to access the elevated overhang and high wall surfaces without disrupting daily mall operations.
