The project, which lasted one month, required careful coordination with residents and nearby businesses to minimize disruptions.
Challenges and Solutions
One of the main challenges was maneuvering lift equipment on sloped and uneven streets while ensuring compliance with city permits. The team used a 150’ boom lift and a 70’ atrium lift to access hard-to-reach areas, requiring skilled operation. Additionally, collaboration with Sherwin-Williams representatives helped address coating failures on the balconies by implementing improved prep work and using higher-quality products. Through strategic planning and expertise, the project was successfully completed, enhancing both the durability and appearance of the building.
