In July 2025, our team completed an exterior repaint of a large multi-purpose complex in Nashville, TN.
The building, which features both residential and common-use areas, had experienced years of sun exposure and accumulated grime, resulting in a faded, worn appearance.
Over the course of a week, we brought new life to the property through detailed prep work, careful paint application, and minor repairs—elevating the curb appeal and protecting the structure for years to come.
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT
This exterior project began with a thorough pressure washing of the building to remove dirt and buildup from years of exposure. The team carefully masked off non-paintable surfaces and used multiple application methods—including hand painting in more detailed areas and airless spray systems for broader surfaces.
We repainted all siding, paying special attention to the architectural elements like the board and batten trim, which required a second paint color for contrast. The team also made soffit repairs as needed to ensure a consistent, finished appearance across the exterior.
SPECIAL TECHNIQUES & EQUIPMENT
Given the architectural design, the board and batten siding required precision and attention to detail to maintain clean, defined lines between color zones.
Our team used a combination of painting tools, including airless spray machines, to reach and efficiently paint every section of the building. The car port area, in particular, involved detailed hand painting due to tight spaces and unique design features. All work was completed with durability and longevity in mind, using high-quality exterior paints suitable for the Nashville climate.
