HOA Community Painting Project in Nashville, TN
Our painters recently completed an exterior painting service at a HOA community in the Nashville community. The buildings we painted are in a large HOA condominium development that has 23 residential condos. The outside is EFIS and wood trim. These condos were located on Woodlawn Dr in Nashville, TN. About the Project
Describe the condition of the facility/surfaces at the time work began.
There were quite a few areas where we had to replace rotten fascia and trim, as well as various EFIS patches and window trim patches. We repaired all rotten wood and worked with a designer to change the exterior colors.
What did the project involve?
This project evolved wood repair, EFIS repairs, drywall repairs, added carpentry trims, and painting.
Were there any special challenges involved?
The challenges were communication and logistics. We had to work in rescheduled areas each day, and traffic in the facility is one way with minimal parking options. We had to be aware of all cars trying to navigate while we were painting and operating the lift that was required for access.
Did the project require any special equipment or techniques?
This project required a 60ft lift to access all of the high areas.
Any other information we need to know about the project?
Lots of coordination with the HOA Board members and the property manager were required to get this project completed.
