About the Project
Our experienced painters refreshed the exterior of this stunning townhome in Mobile, AL with a few new coats of paint. It gave the home a seamless and modern look.
PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
CertaPro power-washed the home before prepping, caulking where needed, and then applying a Premium Sherwin Williams Paint.
SPECIAL CHALLENGES
The side wall of this Townhome peaked at 32 feet high, and the privacy wall made ladder work challenging. Additionally, the Divider Walls on the Roofline were painted.
Due to tight spacing between the privacy fencing and walls, no man-lifts could be used. CertaPro used ladders to access the space.
PROJECT TIMELINE
During October of 2021 we completed this exterior painting project in just 5 days.
