The Westgate Shopping Center is a well known local business seated in Tillmans Corner, Alabama. After a recent pharmacy chain consolidation, the center lost one of its anchor tenants and began renovations. CHALLENGES:

50ft Manlifts were used to access the upper areas of the roofing, as well as the pylon street sign outside the shopping center.

CONDITIONS:

Dirt/Dust Buildup – The Mall should be attractive to both customers and potential tenants; but it was run-down before CertaPro arrived.
Faded Roofing – Whether driving by or searching the web, the faded roofing was giving a bad impression to potential visitors.
Dated Colors – Marketing is everything to small businesses, and the shopping center needed fresh colors to draw in new customers.
