Woodbury City Walk

The Task:

Woodbury City Walk, a townhome/apartment complex located in Woodbury, MN, noticed that the pool on its premises had cracks in the sheetrock resulting from a damaged HVAC system. Being aware that the residents deserved top-quality recreational areas, Woodbury City Walk knew this project required experts at the helm. Subsequently, they contacted CertaPro Painters of Minneapolis South & St. Louis Park for assistance!

The Work:

CertaPro Painters of Minneapolis South & St. Louis Park began working on this project in January 2023. To rectify the cracked sheetrock, our team repaired the damaged areas by mudding and taping as necessary and grinding off the rust in the metal trim. In addition, we also painted the damaged areas after repairing the sheetrock and sanded the affected areas. One difficult aspect of the project involved setting up scaffolding in the pool area, but our team was ultimately able to complete the setup successfully.

Final Results:
