Le Sueur Highway Department Maintenance Building

The Task:

Le Sueur Highway Department Maintenance Building, a commercial building located in Le Center, MN, was showing noticeable signs of aging, faded and peeling paint, and rusted surfaces. Knowing that this was an eyesore, our client reached out to us to have this issues professionally taken care of. Subsequently, they contacted CertaPro Painters of Minneapolis South & St. Louis Park for assistance!

The Work:

CertaPro Painters of Minneapolis South & St. Louis Park began working on this project in May 2026. To repair the aged surfaces, our team initially started the process by power washing the affected areas and scraping out the previous paintwork. The rusted areas were the most difficult aspect of the project, however, our team took more time and care to tackle those areas. After the groundwork was done, we finished it off by priming and painting the building. Overall, we were able to deliver the client’s needs.

Final Results:

The commercial building’s exterior was redone and transformed by CertaPro Painters of Minneapolis South & St. Louis Park in a week. Overall, this project was a success, providing the client with a building that looks great and is well-protected. Our team was happy to be involved in restoring the building’s rusted exterior!
