Our painters were recently called out to a warehouse in the Dayton community to refresh two suites for new tenants. We upgraded the interior walls with both light carpentry and painting services. This project took 2 days to complete. You can learn more details about this commercial service below.
About the Project:
The owner of this warehouse contacted us in a time crunch. He had 2 warehouse suites that are 3,000 square feet each, that needed to be ready for new tenants by Friday morning.
Condition of Facility:
Since these are warehouse suites, the walls were very scuffed. There were also several locations along the walls where you could see that pallets and heavy equipment had punctured and left large holes.
Project Involvement:
We needed to do some light carpentry repairs to the walls before spackling, sanding and prepping for paint.
Special Challenges:
We had a pretty tight time frame. The job was approved on Monday, our crew started Wednesday and it had to be complete by Friday morning for the new tenants. Since there were two of these 3,000 sq ft suites, we had to ensure the correct process to allow proper drying of the prep work before painting.
