This large 13,000 square foot facility is home to several pharmaceutical companies. It was recently purchased and the interior and exterior both needed a serious overhaul. We completed this commercial painting project in July. The interior took about a week and a half and the exterior took about a week and a half. You can learn more details about this project below.
About the Project:
Condition of Facility:
The exterior was extremely dirty and needed a good power wash cleaning. You could see the weathering on the exterior of the facility. The soffits needed serious repair with rotting wood visible. The interior had a lot of carpentry work to be done before painting, also. There was a lot of wall repairs to be done to ensure a smooth finish.
Project Involvement:
Power washing, carpentry, replacing rotted soffits, spackling.
Special Challenges:
The high steal deck ceilings required us to use tall scaffolding to reach everything both inside and outside.
